Driver App
The driver has only one button to press at any time and that button is the next one in his process – Accept, Arrive Pickup, Depart Pickup, Arrive Dropoff, Depart Dropoff.
The allocator in the office simply assigns a job to the driver and the rest is easy. The app does have sign on glass functionality as well that appears only when its needed. All times and status’ are immediately updated in the FreightTracker system giving the office staff immediate feedback.
